Tsunade and Kabuto did imo. Chiyo made poisons, so that's not really contributing anything to medicine. She was pretty much the sort of person who concocted substances to conduct germ warfare. Orochimaru spent the story being Dr. Hojo, so he isn't anybody i'd ever consider as having made a contribution to medicine.
