.......Kabuto or Orochimaru or Tsunade,
who has made more contributions to the field of medicine?

Sakura can heal people, that is true, but Orochimaru and Kabuto have seldom tried to help people. On one occasion, Kabuto was successful in saving Sasuke.

Sakura on the other hand always tries to help people and has a few chakra healing techniques and can summon part of Katsuyu to heal people. But can that be put in the category of medical advancement or would you say she is more of a nurse? The only contribution I can think of is that one poison she was able to find a cure for. Naruto has healed people, although without knowledge, but he has contributed to the field of medical science as much as Sakura has, which is essentially nothing.

Tsunade is cut from a different cloth. She has invented stuff and her achievements have truly contributed to the field of medicine. Orochimaru is immortal, he has discovered things that maybe no other person has in NV. Kabuto has taken Orochimaru's findings to a new level. All of them are pioneers.

Is Sakura a pioneer or is she just a regular nurse (skilled no doubt)? And if she is just a regular nurse, then does she deserve the BEST medical ninja hype? Coz really, what has she contributed to medicine?

It may not be accessible, but he has made advancements and those have taken the field of medicine much ahead. What I am saying is that Sakura is not like Tsunade, Orochimaru, Kabuto in this regard, not even close.

Nauto/Sasuke/Hashirama etc. have all healing techniques (well if you count Sasuke bringing back the dead). Sakura can heal people as well. But did she discover her method of healing? Of course not. She just copied. How is that better than the techniques used by the aforementioned people in context of being medical ninja?

Tsunade, Oro or Kabuto and even Chiyo did things in medicine that were not done before. We always remember the Doctors/Scientist that invented something revolutionary than good surgeons. They are the true contributors to the field. Hence I say that Sakura is a 2nd tier Medical Ninja and Tsuna/Oro/Kabuto (maybe even Chiyo) are top tier. Ino/Shizune etc. are tier even below her (not in character).

Tsunade has made many discoveries, Sakura has made none (if you count the antidote to the poison, then maybe one). Not only that, but it was Tsunade that advocated a medical ninja on squad for the first time. Her overall impact on the field of medicine is far more than Sakura. Sakura is just a skilled surgeon/nurse and hence is not a pioneer in the field. Naruto/Hashirama etc. can heal themselves and others at will, doesn't mean they have contributed to medical science. Same with Sakura.

Yeah but sakura managed to cure kankurou in hours.something even chiyo, who you rate more highly couldn't do.so at least she did do something by herself, even if it's just one thing
