The Raikage has already shown that his lightning armor has the ability to cut off limbs, if he can repeatedly do that to Sakura, who has shown average reflexes, she's going to run out of chakra rather quickly, considering one arm contains over a trillion cells.

Sakura running out of chakra is a possibility but based on her performance in the manga this far her running out of chakra is up in the air..
