Ay can tank a punch considering he tanked alot of powerful attacks.

The Raikage has already shown that his lightning armor has the ability to cut off limbs, if he can repeatedly do that to Sakura, who has shown average reflexes, she's going to run out of chakra rather quickly, considering one arm contains over a trillion cells.
