She got them from someone else,and nobody taught Sasuke Kirin or his Chidori variants,the only things Naruto was taught were SM,Rasengan and FRS ,summoning etc;.

The rest he created or learned on his own.

Sm, rasengan arent handed power ups becuase Naruto worked for those and werent 'handed' over to him. Same with all of Sakura's power ups.
