Yeah she did....Sakura did'nt learn any of those medical jutsus/summoning Katsuyu,CES,or the Yin Seal by herself.Atleast Naruto and Sasuke developed their own techniques despite being taught by others.

You make no sense. Sakura was not handed any power ups. Naruto and Sasuke didnt learn anything on their own either. Kakashi even helped Naruto make Rasenshuriken.

Sakura worked for her power ups and nothing was handed to her.

I actually did re-read the manga and nothing proves a sword went directly through his heart.

She got them from someone else,and nobody taught Sasuke Kirin or his Chidori variants,the only things Naruto was taught were SM,Rasengan and FRS ,summoning etc;.

The rest he created or learned on his own.

My definition of given powers is anything that someone did'nt create themselves but came from another person.
