Sakura need an arc .Do you agree or no?!!

I am serious with this question because Sakura is one of the Main character like sasuke,Naruto ,kakashi ,madara ,obito and others.Sakura is one of team 7 and she also closest to naruto than Hinata.She alway at naruto side during training or mission from part one to part two.However she never get any training arc or story line for the viewer to know about her family and their bloodline jutsu.We donot know if she suffer similar faith like sasuke and naruto family did ,that why kakashi consider her as his student.Sakura could belong to Rin family tree and there could be some special bloodline KKG that make her special like naruto (son of the 4th hokage and kurama host) and sasuke (last uchiha).I believe there is alot more about sakura than we donot know.
Konan,Mei,Anko,Kushina and even Ino got better battle skill and character development compare to Sakura.I believe later down the manga sakura might shock us all by either unlocking special power (if she found out Tsunade die ) or Scarficing life to save naruto after he got extracted by using Chiyo medical jutsu which revive the death (example she revive Gaara)

Do you think Obito will think Sakura is Rin recarnated.eventually turn good and support the shinobi alliance against Madara? Both Rin and Sakura look similar

Your theory about her family tree can't be true. Her family was revealed in Road to Ninja. Besides, her name is Haruno, not Nohara. And no, I don't think Obito will think Sakura is Rin re-incarnated... He wants Rin back, not a strange brat who should die (in his perspective.)

But I do agree that she needs her own arc cause she is the best character besides Lord Sasuke.

Agree with this. She will likely get a power in the coming months, with maybe a couple chapters detailing it. There won't be a full arc focused on her, however, until the final Team 7 confrontation which will also involve Naruto and Sasuke.

Didn't Kishi state that she's just a normal girl in one of his interviews? Anyways, she isn't special in the way you're talking about ((bloodlines, special clan) and she shouldn't be because then team seven would be too godly with Naruto being the son of the 4th Hokage, the only host to completely tame & become partners with Kurama, & comes from a clan that was well known for their sealing jutsu that were feared enough*to the point where they were wiped out; Sasuke one of the last two living Uchiha; and Kakashi who is known for wielding the Uchiha clan's sharingan & for being the son of a man who was very well known even more well known then the Sannin. So Sakura being special is a no, the only thing special about her is that she may be the only one who can become a better kunoichi then her master which is good since we all know that Tsunade is known as the strongest kunoichi & best medic out there so props to Sakura but that's the most special she can get imo. But I like her being the normal one because it balances their team out.

But I guess would enjoy some focus on Sakura though because she is apart of team seven so it'd be nice but not a whole arc, I wouldn't like that.*

I think Sakura already had an arc devoted to her in form of the chapters which centered around her and Chiyo's fight with Sasori. However, a very short story arc (5 chapters or fewer) explaining what Sakura and the other side characters we haven't heard from have been up to would, in my opinion, be a very nice addition.

Not that I agree because Sakura does need better character development one of the reason why she a bad character to me, but the Naruto series is close it's end, Sakura having an arc to herself at this point in the story is pointless. Sakura is just a normal type main character, meaning that there's nothing complex about Sakura(bland), nor Sakura can relate to complex characters like Neji and Gaara. Sakura main role focus around Sasuke and she heals people using medical skills that's it really nutshell.
