Sakura is not a decent character. It's the exact opposite, almost everyone considers her an awful character. Compare her to Naruto and Sasuke, or even Kakashi, and she falls so so so damn short.

Most excuses I see for that. Is that, Kishi never knew how to do females in this manga. Where as when you look around, this manga actually did have some decent females. They were just not worked upon like some good characters of this series.
