I'll try to keep this simple:

Given powerup Naruto = 200
Given powerup Sasuke = 200
Current Sakura = 100

BUT!...

No given powerup Naruto = 100
No given powerup Sasuke = 100
Current Sakura = 100

This leads me to believe that Naruto and Sasuke's current powerups are indeed only temporary, in some way, as taking these given powerups away will equalize Team 7.

I don't agree. Giving sakura some speed feats equal or greater than 8th gate gai is the only way to somewhat make her equal to sasuke and naruto. And then I'm still skeptical.
