Sakura may = Naruto and Sasuke

I'll try to keep this simple:

Given powerup Naruto = 200
Given powerup Sasuke = 200
Current Sakura = 100

BUT!...

No given powerup Naruto = 100
No given powerup Sasuke = 100
Current Sakura = 100

This leads me to believe that Naruto and Sasuke's current powerups are indeed only temporary, in some way, as taking these given powerups away will equalize Team 7.

He got own by Kaguya and Kaguya tried to eliminate them with Her Hair until the SO6P Tattoo on Naruto and Sasuke activated and free them and Kaguya was surprise at that.
