Im getting in trouble for this comment but....i think some ppl (like me yes i admit it) are so in disbelief of that pairing even happening plus the fact that kishimoto drew their future so...."unfamililike/unclose" (like narutos) that we are just more inclined to embrace the possibilities of a bleaker future for sakura than a bright one. Not even salad, just sakura. I admit that I don't think they should've ended up together and no i don't want her to be happy.

Pretty much. The only thing that puts me at peace with this pairing is the possibility that Sakura is unhappy. LOL

No, Sasuke doesn't protect anything. Not unless there's a problem and Naruto sends for his assistance. He just went sight-seeing and left his family behind for years on end for self-fulfillment. He claimed it was to see what he missed out on the first time he traveled as a nukenin... this is contradictory since in a world of assassins, there is nothing to see. There is peace now, no conflict and there hasn't been for years. He's just going to see people he already saw and is effectively leaving what he missed the first time... his bonds. This time, it's even worse though since he rambled on about how important family was to him and he decides to leave his actual family for years on end. Plus, he retracted his ideology once he reconciled with Naruto. He's just someone having fun now, he admitted that he gave up his ideals.

Naruto neglected his son in favor of a meeting he came up with and thus could reschedule, could have brought his son with him to the meeting, or he could have even made kage bunshins to spend time with him. He has no excuse to neglect him. Especially when the meeting wasn't urgent and had little point, they were even fine with him being late. Naruto and the kages are totally lax now, it's so peaceful that TenTen can't even sell a kunai. He should have more time to spend with his children than any other Hokage ever did.

And to top it off, Tsunade with conflict going on during her reign (Pein, Akatsuki, Tobi/Obito, Madara, etc), still had loads of free time and drank/gambled consistently. And she got things done. How does Naruto not have free time? Him being a neglectful father was just strewn together to give a conflict to the part 3 coming next spring via Kishimoto's assistant. Nothing more.

Because Salad made it clear with her remark. Lol

Actually you make really good point's i never really saw sasuke being a stay at home dad nor really much of a family man. since he spent the most of his childhood alone if anything Itachi messed him up really to the point that i myself can't see sasuke being able to fully connect with anyone. while he is willing to work with naruto on all sorts of matters i believe sasuke will all ways be kinda detached but that can be all the trama of his childhood if anything coming and going might be the only thing that keeps him form snapping and allows him just to come back home when he is in a better state of mind and a better person.

Your point's on naruto are very spot on, out of any hokage in the past naruto's workload would be bottom of the barrel since the other villages at the moment are not plotting for war so he has really no excuse why he can't spent a good amount of time with his kids and family. heck the last chapter naruto makes a comment to his own son how he can't always be his father. if any child grew up with a parent that just works all the time and keeps tossing that excuse in your face sooner or later in the future naruto's talk no Jutsu isn't going to work to repair a fragmented relationship that he has with his son bolt. i wouldn't even be surprised that Bolt pull's a asuma and join some elite guard outside of the village to just to get away form his dad. since the signs are pointing that when bolt gets older that him and his father aren't going to have the greatest of relationships.

For a person like naruto who preaches about world peace and letting go of hate he is slowly sowing the seeds of hate in his own son to hate or resent him in the future because naruto really just doesn't want to stay at home once and a while.
