um.....kind of implies it. There has been only 2 chapters that shows what sasuke is up to. In 699 he is going away at 17yrs old. In 700 he is still away...or at least on a journey (why is he even on a journey still?). If these 2 chapters are the only things we have of them EXCEPT OUR IMAGINATION, some ppl (some, not all) can assume he is mostly always on a journey. It's really that simple. and I am just saying sakura got a crap deal if thats the case

ok, this is the last I'm gonna refer to this. the 2nd image on the left on the photo you refer to is not of salad. It is of the back of sasuke's head. he has a thought bubble with ..... on that panel. there isn't anyone following him secretly or imaginatively. if that wash't the outline/shadow/hair you were referring to then you're seeing imaginary outlines/shadows/hairs.
