seriously? why does everybody have to be present in 1 chapter?

I think your the one in denial.

She was present last chapter and still didn't do or say anything of importance or special. I find it offending that kishi has the nerve to call her a main character, but side characters have gotten more panel time than her in this war. Unacceptable. I'm not on hinata's or any other person's side. I just don't like the fact that she's still called a heroine and yet she's not doing heroine like things. What broke the camel's back for me was that EVEN Ino had something good to contribute. Kishi always finds a way to include naruto & sasuke in chapters, just like in this one but not sakura. Kishi COULD have made naruto give sakura some chakra to help her with healing people but nah that didn't happen. See what I mean? Missed opportunities, it's too late, too far into the story to make her do something good. Won't cange the fact that most of her time was spent HEALING. This is a ninja manga, where most females we were introduced to, have been complete badasses. Konan, even fodders like karui lol.

People said Hinata was the new heroine lol.

No..u don't just switch heroines... Most of those people r fans of the naruhina couple..I support it...but I can be honest and say she has been a minor side character until and even after the pain arc

Just wait for the next few chapters. Kishi doesn't have to fit everything into one chapter, this was mainly focused on Shikaku's plan.

I'm just going to post something I have on my Tumblr regarding Sakura action.
Take it or leave it.
As anyone wishes

The picture tells a quick story.

But I think it can not be understated that Kishimoto knows exactly what he’s doing by leaving a cliffhanger of Naruto holding Hinata’s hand, only to follow up with the first page of the next chapter showing Sakura beautiful and radiant and fierce and specifically calling her a “heroine.” What bigger sign do we need? Sakura is the heroine. No matter how many hands Naruto holds.

The manga is like a game of chess, and each chapter sees a new piece being moved. Sakura is like the queen. She won’t be moved till the end. (Or like in shogi, which has been laid out in the manga and in this chapter, she would be like the king.) But each chapter is a give and take. Side pieces get moved, then the other side gets their turn. Sakura is a main character, the heroine of the story — the queen. When she is put into action it is going to be for a specific purpose that only she can accomplish. Hinata is a rook or a knight, there only to protect Naruto. As she herself as stated over and over again.

So anyway, when lamenting the lack of Sakura action, remember, she is the queen. She’s more powerful than the rest. She’s not going to be moved until the end.

Not mine, but an interesting view.

Sakura, from the very begining, has been the herione of the show as stated by Kishi himself on numerous interviews. He claims on many occasions that he is not good when it comes to developing a female character, as he 'does not know much' on them. Personally, imo, Sakura as a heroine is pretty under-developed as I feel she could have been more useful than just being another 'medical ninja' Not to say that being a medical ninja doesen't have it's perks or that she hasn't contributed some kind of help to her team, I just thought she would have more action in the story, however, I cannot say this fully yet as the battle is still going, and she may yet have a comeback. I guess Kishi is just trying to balance out the whole “Hinata vs Sakura” fan thing. I am guessing that since Sakura has the title 'herione' he has to do something with Hinata and give the poor girl some lime light every once in a while to help give the fans some 'hope' as there were alot of “NaruSaku”moments, big or small, in the anime (Though most fans would deny these moments any how) People claiming Hinata is the 'new herione' are just over excited with the recent chapters that have been announced. The manga still isn't finished yet, and I am very excited to see how it ends. Bittersweet sensation for me in a sense lol

Go hate somwhere else.
She is the heroine and she will be until the end of the manga.
Sakura is the heroine, not Hinata, not Ino, not Sasuke.

kishimoto said she is the heroine long time ago and now he confirm it just because she doesnt get screen time in the latest chapter mean nothing sakura screen time is more than hinata overall

kishimoto said he will give them there shining moment and he is doing it dont get too exited and think someone will be the hero just cuz he have his moment

Take a look at this pic with Sakura looking badass, then look at the writing at the bottom. Anyone want to argue with Kishi? :D

Naruto is ready to cut her in half because he is that disturbed in what he is seeing.

Sasuke is just thinking "what a useless piece of sh*t".

Oh and Sakura is boasting on how amazing she is. -_-

STFU everyone... Sakura is the main heroine. Lmao.

No but seriously...people say she isn't because they don't like her personality.... Shit I hated Naruto's personality for the longest...does that mean he's not the title character??

Lol nominal heroine more like it, Sakura is as much of a heroine as Bulma was in the original Dragon Ball and youre actually putting your hope in this author (Kishimoto) given his record with Sakura as a character throughout the manga? lol
