I didn't use the word "always" so this isn't a bash thread but I'm just saying...
1. If she destroyed the rinnegan when she had multiple chances to(as soon as the words Madara can't get my rinnegan come out of obito's mouth, and I'm Sakura, I'm instantly stabbing that eyeball before Obito can even further explain things) then many things would have been avoided and Madara would've been beaten by Naruto and Sasuke high mid dif
2. Now she has the chance to transplant the new leader of akatsuki a new liver or vital organ, and put an end to this man's life. But nope. Gonna just transplant an organ into the bad guy. Arguably she is surrounded by like 10 MS guys but still, the act of transplanting the organ will have spun a giant windmill of doom in the scheme of things. I'd just die or punch my way out if it meant the world being doomed.
I'm sure there are more times Sakura has had an influence in something bad going on, but notably I'd say not crushing the strongest villain's source of power and transplanting a new vital organ into someone who just F'd naruto and Sasuke up is about equal and are pretty serious screw ups.
She did go the F in though this chapter w that punch and dialougue
