He wanted Sasuke to find out what happended to Kaguya and where does she originate from. Whether he is out on a mission is unknown, I mean what could be so serious that Naruto would send the strongest shinobi in the village besides himself to do a mission?

I don't believe she has or could possibly get any uchiha abilities whatsoever.

I believe this only because Sakura did not originally have Sharingan in the first place, like Sasuke did.

She is in fact, an Uchiha. But not in the way you think she is.
