The hokage building is on a bit of a hill. The Nara clan have their forest and such so the Uchiha probably have some underground things. There were fillers I think involving Sasuke going to an Uchiha shop with cats or something *shrugs*.<br /> <br /> Can't really evict people who are on the old Uchiha property when Sasuke didn't rebuild the place himself.</div>
