Tsunade has never shown to transfer chakra though the seal like Sakura did to Obito.

do i have to upload the panel where tsunade does the exact same thing with onooki for the last shot to use partule style with madara? she even put her hands on the back of onooki just as sakura did with obito, only diference is since tsunade yin seal was wearing out already , those black stripes were transferred to onooki

No your theory was debunked in the thread. Sakura reacted with Naruto and Sasuke to seal Kaguya. Her power pushed Kaguya downward, knocked her horn off and held her there to be sealed.

No jounin does that sorry. Take the hate shades off, Sakura is in the kage territory.

actually i start liking her during the war, cause she was a big help healing masses of shinobis, figuring out the zetsu clone stuff and helped saving naruto, but now she starts annoying me again.

High Jounin - Low Kage level, yes. Current Sakura would be about as strong as Pre-Pain Arc Naruto (without access to the Kyuubi's Chakra), before he had SM.

Naruto's levels (my approximation):
SM was mid-high Kage level
KCM was high Kage level
BM was low God level
BSM was low-mid God level
Current Rikudou Naruto is high-extreme God level
