Sakura just learned jutsus who Tsunade created herself to surpass Tsunade she needs to develop her own s rank jutsus

It was more like 3 years and the time leading up to the current arc. Sakura's power and chakra are the only things Kage level to me right now. Her fighting style, speed, state of mind all scream Chunin to me still but that's because Kishi sucks at giving female character their needed development.

I would put her strength above his but everything else his above her in. Her strength is nothing if she can't hit him so Gai>Sakura in all but strength in my opinion of course. Hashirama said Sakura's strength probably surpassed Tsunade's

Yes they explained this through Kakashi in the second Shippuden chapter. It's thanks to Sakura's great chakra control that she can focus a large chakra into her fist then release that chakra all at once

. Her Yin seal only gives her access to greater chakra reserves so she can add more power to her attacks. Both her yin seal and strength requires great precise chakra control.
