Sorry but that doesn't make any sense. If it worked like that Kabuto would not have bothered shutting down his eyesight. The chakra flowing doesn't interrupt chakra flow overall. It simply joins what's already flowing.

Immunity means not effected, not capable of breaking out.

OP: I disagree with the first instance, how can she call and use Katsuyu when she is already in a genjutsu.

I agree with the second part though, because of her large chackra reserves, she can overload her system to break the genjutsu.

Genjutsu disturb chakra flow and are cancelled out by an influx of chakra. Technically, Sakura's Byakugō no In is constantly flowing chakra into her system, which means it would technically disrupt illusions.

She is not immune but she would probably break out of it first. Even before she trained with Tsunade breaking genjutsu was one of her skills.
