This guy doesn't know how the manga works right. She would easily get caught in IT and Tsukuyomi because in the Tsukuyomi the regular Kai Release method doesn't work so you would have to meet those conditions.

And i agree with above guys she isn't immune especially to a Uchiha genjutsu.

Shikamaru and Shino negated Kabuto's genjustu at the Chunin Exams. Like you said, anyone with the perception of genjutsu could do what Sakura did.

She success to broke it and wake up in middle of their furious fight.

She actually broke free right after it, she just fainted due to chakra exhaustion , and being emotional. Sasuke related things are the only things that seem to effect her because of her emotional state
