If she keep her guard up , Genjutsu can't go through sakura Neither Tsukuyomi because she knows how to break out from it or avoid it.

I'm not going to waste my time with you... It doesn't matter if she was caught off guard. She fell for its effects. That alone makes her not immune. She didn't brake out of it. Genjutsu effects wear of for a certain amount of time. She even States " Is it evening already? ". Neg repped and disliked.
