Nothing really proved she's over him. She just doesn't seem to trust him at this point and is afraid Sasuke might turn again.
And no offense to Kishi and Sakura fans but that is one ugly ass smile :/ even if it is fake...

Perhaps. But you can't really tell for sure that she's over him. If she is, cool, we finally have a sane female in the manga. It would definitely make the Sakura haters ease off a bit.

Meh, Kishi always said she wasn't cute.
I don't think she's 'over him' - even when she tried to 'kill him', it was obvious well... two things were obvious;
1. She wasn't over him and likely never would be.
2. She's an idiot.
I think like Tsunade she'll never get over or move on past the man she loves - she'll probably love him, only him, and remain a miserable violent ***** the rest of her life.

If anything Sai questioning reveals Sakura is in love with Sasuke and takes Him any way He is Good Or Bad Sasuke.

Absolutely! I was so thrilled to see this. Though I am not sure how Sai could say her words may be sincere, but her smile is false... I would think that her smile could only be false if he knew she was lying. If someone could clarify that for me I'd greatly appreciate it. 
Poor Sakura is so conflicted, people are saying that's not a pretty smile at all and it isn't meant to be. She's tired, she's been fighting and healing nonstop, and now she has all this emotional mess to deal with- Sasuke suddenly coming back, not fully trusting him, any possible feelings for Naruto and the knowledge that there's going to be conflict between her teammates.
Sai is very good at being objective and calling things as he sees them. I enjoy having him there to be that objective voice, to clarify anything "In case you guys missed it, this is Kishi spelling it out plainly".
