If the seal is repairing cells and poison is basically something that gets into the body and breaks down cells, isn't she immune to poison ?

I agree. It depends on the poison and also if she is already in Byakugou or not. If it's a fast acting poison and she is infected by it before Byakugou takes effect....she's probably screwed. Unless she too is highly resistant to poisons, which wouldn't surprise me.

lets take carbon monoxide as an example.. this is poisonous to the body.. its the fact that it causes your blood cells to stop holding oxygen and will eventually suffocate you..

all poisons have a different effect.. it also depends on how long lasting the poison is..

unless sakura has a cure that can actively counter that poison then the poison would continue to harm cells no matter how long she regenerates them.. also doing this every time she gets poisoned would only lead to a faster death since your cells can only multiply a certain number of times
