In chapter 700, Sasuke did something to Sakura:
Now this is strangely similar to this incident
As we all remember, Itachi transferred his sharingan to Sasuke with a simple poke. Why can't Sasuke do the same with Sakura?
But even if he did, what purpose would it serve? Simple, for him to watch over Sakura and Sarada while he left the village.
We all know from Kakashi and Obito that if two shinobi have one half of a set of eyes, they can see what the other is seeing as long as they're close together (this is the only problem with this theory, maybe Sasuke's connection is longer lol).
Notice how Sakura is suffering from a common symptom of someone who doesn't naturally have Uchiha blood but has an Uchiha eye power.
It is mentioned her that Sakura "always did faint quite frequently" did she? That's not the part 1 or 2 Sakura that I remember but this seems to be the impression of her part 3 iteration. Why? Maybe because Sasuke implanted his eye jutsu into her forehead seal and the strain of being a non-Uchiha and wielding this power if overwhelming.
Next, there's this fishy panel
Sakura seems certain that Sasuke is connected to his daughter somehow and she seems to have a point
Sarada and Sasuke's feelings ARE connected somehow and perhaps the answer is that Sakura and Sasuke have a shared field of vision.
Now I know that she doesn't have an actual eye in one of her sockets, but Sasuke DID poke her forehead and having an eye lie dormant in your forehead isn't an impossibility in this manga (see Kaguya, Madara, Hagoromo).
