Sakura has the abiity to boost power

If you look at the latest chapters. you notice that Sakura actually gave Obito the chakra boost that allowed him to synch Kamui AND move between Kaguya dimensions. This means that Sakura chakra potentially boost the power of other users. This is quite a feat considering Sakura chakra levels are no where near the size of Obito's so it was a matter of potency rather than quantity.

I will further venture to say that it was Sakura chakra boost that allowed Kakashi to unlock Susanoo in Obito's Eyes

U can call it whatever U want, but the result is from the amount of her sealed chakra, not the quality of....on top of the jutsu, chakra & quality of the person being supported.
