Kakashi had to use his sharingan to fight against chunin level Sakura and Naruto.... Sakura is chunin still over all but is Kage level in her healing and super strength and have high level evasive skills as shown against Sasori. I don't see how a Sharingan-less Kakashi going to beat Sakura at the beginning of Shippuden when he had to use the sharingan to evade her punches.

I highly doubt Kakashi is getting both eyes, I can see Obito giving him back the eye he had before and he might give his other eye to someone else, maybe Naruto since he have faith in Naruto now.
