If your not a Hyuga,an Uchiha or an Uzumaki you can't uses Two eyes at the same time chakra depletion would kill you. Kakashi could only use one Sharigan and Ao could only use one Byakugan. As for Sakura She dose not know a thousand Jutsus like Kakashi dose and Sakura is a one dimensional fighter.
