Sakura has most chakra in Narutovesre (beaides Hashirama,Sasuke and Naruto)

Sakura had enough Chakra to heal Shinobi alliance,heal Naruto,activate her Yin seal,summon Katsuyu,aid Obito while crossing dimensions to save Sasuke,knock down Kaguya and still had enough Chakra to heal Naruto and Sasuke in fourth great ninja war.Well this is clear that she's not useless afterall

Nah she was dome against Madara even with a full restore from Dan. She required healing from Karin

Actually in pain arc she was able to heal the villagers as well as save villagers from chibaku tensei. Also we saw in naruto that she was able to replenish her chakra after she woke from coma.

Sakura needed 3 years to manifest the seal as she was storing her chakra but tsunade woke up from coma and was able to fill chakra in her seal. She didnt need 3 years unlike sakura.

Madara has larger Chakra reserves, he was fighting Hashirama for 3 days and his Jutsus were far more Chakra taxing.

She didn't do all of that in a row though, so I'm sure she molded more chakra in between so she wouldn't run out completely.

Also the chakra in the seal is years worth that she accumulated. Other Shinobi could do the same and more than likely replicate similar feats that is in the OP.

Sakura has great reserves. But she doesnt have the most. We have Hashirama, Madara, Tsunade, Naruto, Nagato, Minato, Kisame, maybe some others who Sakura can get on par with or have yet to surpass in terms of chakra reserves. Her Byakugou is definitely a big boost though.
