cool fanfiction we have actual feats . Sakura needed 3 days to restore Naruto chakra while Hinata needed couple seconds.

you can see her chakra on his side too and the pink stuff were the chakra is being transferred form Hinata to become chakra for Naruto

Because Sakura reached the Pinnacle, meaning there is nothing above, and Mitsuki's says the same thing, And Mitsuki's Medical TEchniques are 3 stars as opposed to Sakura 5 stars

Sasuke and Naruto both have more impressive chakra control feats than Sakura. Sasuke made his Susanoo into a makeshift gedo mazo to host all nine Bijuu's chakra and then made THAT into lightning and Naruto managed to spread out kurama's chakra throughout the Shinobi Alliance by remoulding his chakra into a fit match for each individual person.

you are confusing Sharingan feat for intellegence. Sakura has always been super Intellegent, A basic genin score is about 60. So Sakura is a little above average, Naruto and Boruto are the same level of intellegence.
Sakura is pinnacle .
But your point was already debunked, it doesn't represent Chakra control.
