Even with nothing more than an increase to her Chakra pool, it would allow for her to at least replicare her Bijuu Chakra Air Palm with Rikudo Chakra. At minimum.

I doubt it. I think her chakra was always that color. The anime just always make it blue for some reason. Like Naruto's is yellow. Sasuke's is dark blue/purple. Supposedly Raikage is yellow also. Etc etc.
