Is there any panels in where we see Sakura training for this?
Is there any mention from her that she is even collecting chakra?

Out of all those panels, Sakura gets in the manga. He couldn't take about 1 or maybe 2 panels saying something along this
"I'm going to show my full power during the war"
Or
"I need to continue my training so I can use my full power during the war"

I mean damn, you can't take 1-2 panels of your time to make that kind of foreshadow for one of your main characters.

You're right I did not expect her to have that because there was no foreshadow of even doing this, the only mention we get of it. Is some flashback right after she gets this and before she gets it...a thrown in panel mention.

But I do believe Kishimoto, had to do a quick think for her and this the best he could come up with. I'm not mad, but if you're not going to develop Sakura for nearly all of part 2...atleast have some decency to let people know you are.

Out of 647 chapters...we get not even a panel of foreshadow but yet a little chpt 3 cover foreshadow out of that 650.

I am not liking kishi way of showing her power at time like this without training etc i am just saying this isnt an asspull beacuse a lot already expected it

I don't know if I can call it an asspull, however Kishi did poorly in foreshadowing. ^As stated, those are the only types of foreshadow we got: art from Kishimoto of her and slugs. In regards with predictions, I figured she would learn something from Tsunade, but, again, I would've appreciated a better foreshadow for her abilities.

And Naruto is an exact copy of Jiraiya, that's the point you're arguing something that is actually why you like the show in the first place. Sakura is a copy of Tsunade with all of her abilities at 16, if that's not a feat worth recognizing then your just belligerent.

Actually nothing in this chapter confirms that, though its pretty obvious she will probably get it.

All she did this chapter was slightly open the seal to use some chakra for the summon. She hasn't done any major technique involving it yet example byakugo creation rebirth.

Still banking on the fact she might not get the same thing tsunade has. Would be slightly a let down. Just slightly..
