Hinata Hyuga and not because I am a NaruxHina fan but befure Hinata can fight. Sakura can throw a put that could kill even Pain but can't seem to land one on any thing that can move. So she can knock down a house but can't land one on a slug.

If you are fighting close range with a Hyuaga you cannot win unless you have uber Pein dodging skills.
