There is one thing I don't get why didn't Naruto give Obito a chakra cloak, like he did to the entire ninja alliance. Naruto chakra cloak boost one power about 3x if I am not mistaken.

I don't think it multiplied their power. I think they were just so weak that even a small portion of Kurama's chakra shat on their own chakra pool.

1) where are you getting excuses and sexism from?
You seem to be throwing out terms to just suit your needs.

2) Sudden Mary Sue
Sakura fighting evenly with gods is a fan service.
This is where all the hate comes from. That is not realistic and the only reason why she was there in the first place is for the forced ending to happen, The Team 7 Victory Parade.
She isn't anyone special. While that is fine in some stories, they revel nobodies doing incredible and impossible things, this world setting means that if you don't have special powers, you don't matter (meaning you have something from the Otsutuski lineage).
The only minute thing that you can add there is that Sakura has Tsunade's technique (which is BTW an inferior and imitation of Hashirama's SM, because she couldn't do it).
Even that wasn't enough. Considering that Naruto needed Sasuke and Sasuke needed Naruto, means that they need BOTH Yin and Yang abilities to keep up with Kaguya and Madara.
Kakashi also had no business being there. He also has nothing from the Otsutsuki. The only thing that made it ok for him is when Juubito passed his chakra onto him and making him pseudo RS like Hagoromo making Naruto and Sasuke pseudo RS.
Sakura? NOTHING.
Her character is a failure due to the writer's own biases (going for the whole "women are damsels in distress" trope). I mean the only note worthy female characters are the ones in positions of power like teachers and administrators (like the Kages).
Any female outside of that is lame background characters.
But what makes people hate Sakura the most is the Sakura wankers. Sakura is flawed and that is to be expected. But what sets her off from the other females isn't really how she was portrayed in the series, since they all belong to the same damsel in distress trope. IT is the WANK.
So:
1) WANKING.
2) forced relevancy
3) weak character on purpose (because woman and not an admin or teacher)
So again, you're biased, you're the reason why people hate her more than they should have. (probably not you.. IDK how much you like her)
Character aside, yeah she's an ok character. She, much like any others, does not fit the plot as they are meant to be left behind with the pace of the power scaling yet she still does. This makes her out of place. And that is why many people dislikes her.
She is the same as Hinata. But what sets Hinata off from her is that Hinata actually got a godlike powerup. Still freaking useless in the end fight though.. Pathetic.
Was expecting a whole lot more from her due to that powerup but all she did was destroy the Tenseigan Orb then immediately gets captured.
That was meh, but at the same time believable as she is meant to be pathetic.. cuz Kishi.. But Sakura? Sakura without powerups? Sakura being able to touch the ultimate being without any power ups?
Sakura who all she does was be pathetic and play catch up and cry and screw up all of a sudden breaks character and becomes useful? Becomes powerful? Becomes effective?
How? and Where? She was the biggest asspull and you know it. Yet you wank her bad character design.
She went from a miss nobody to a Mary Sue.
Also, look up what a Mary Sue is.
