seriously? Are we reading the same manga? Sakura does nothing but giving up and crying. She has no determination what so ever. She even admit she is useless, don't even got me started she has no effect on the plot at all despite being the female lead

Yes we are reading the same manga.
You forgot that she was the one that saved both Naruto and Sasuke in the Forest of Death.
You forget that from her desire to be stronger and protect her friends she trained under Tsunade.
You forgot that thanks to her determination Chyio was able to win against Sasori thus being later able to save Gaara.
I'd say don't get ME started.

I really want a badass female character in naruto.
