Yeah, much like Rin... I mean, other than medical abilities, nothing has been shown. At least Sakura had fought before being a medical nin. She's a tiny little bit more developped than Rin at that age.

Well, I'd like to see Sakura surpassing Tsunde, to be honest. I mean, it is clear that Kishi makes Naruto and Sasuke to surpass their senseis. Why not Sakura as well?
The only thing that I could see that would replace the lack of birth rights would be the genjutsu affinity...

An indestructable Tank with monster strength. She will defiantly master the Byakogou, because simply, it's the theme of the manga.

The younger generation will surpass the older, and they will all pretty much take on their sensei's jutsu.

Sakura looked like she was going to get respected by Kishi in some parts of part one and the start of part two. What happened to the genjutsu she was supposedly should be good at and we haven't seen her fight properly since Sasori. It's a shame that Kishi doesn't respect one of the main characters.

Surprised me that there was two female Kages tho... Maybe there is hope. Tho... I'm still hoping for good things about the Mizukage... She's got a fiery attitude about her.
