[Spoilers] Sakura entering Sage Mode?

Actually remote healing doesn't require hand signs it only requires the intial hand sign ram and after that in ever instance its been used the user is free to do other things and doesn't need to maintain the ram sign at all.
this is what she was doing in that picture.
Clap Hands
This is more of an initiation of a technique rather than a hand seal where the user simply claps their hands together as exemplified when Naruto Uzumaki for example summons chakra or is breaking genjutsu. The hand seal sequence for powerful summoning kinjutsu like the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation and the Dead Demon Consuming Seal end with this motion; similarly, Jiraiya prepares to enter Sage Mode (summoning Shima and Fukasaku) by performing this motion and sustaining it, Hashirama uses it to enter Sage Mode as well, Gaara uses it for Quicksand Waterfall Flow at his fight against Kimimaro. It is also used to perform the Chibaku Tensei technique. Once the seal sequence completed, the user's hands are held in this position until the desired effect is achieved.

Actually, it does require it... Remote healing requires the sign if you haven't noticed, in Pein Arc, Tsunade did that as well. All the time she was healing, her handsigns were activated.
And from what it seems, Sakura's hands are in the exact position like Hashirama, Jiraiya and the others when entering Sage Mode.
The previous chapters showed us no hand-seals from Sakura, then this. So the possibility it's there.

No the only hand sign ever done was the ram, and in the pain arc tsunade stopped doing the handsign and went to go help fight, and while she was over there doing that stuff with naruto the healing continued, same as when she was cut in half she just used the ram and then katsuya funneled the power of her yin seal to heal the kages and her self.Actually, it does require it... 1.How did i know this was going to be made by a Sakura fan
2.You have to remember only like 1 to 5% of Naruto world can master sage mode.It is not just like, heh you know Kakuzu, lee ect ect can master it.
3.You don't get double power ups in space of 20 chapters in Naruto.
4.Handseals don't mean shi*
5.You just want it to be true and you are trying to convince your self that, it will happen.
Edit: But there is a chance you are right, remember Kishi can ass pull whatever he wants like izanami

She probably releasing her seal but I don't mind if it's sage mode, Im still hoping to see that slug forest and snake cave though
Hmm, I'll have to check that properly, though you are right about the part where she was bisected.
But if the healing can be done like that, I wonder why she is waving signs again and for what? To me, her hand position seemed like SM, however it might be for something else. But considering how Shikkotsurin has been brought-up recently, I wouldn't be amazed if this was to happen...
We'll just have to wait and see...
It's no wonder the SHikkotsu Forest was brought-up right now when Sakura mastered Byakugo seal...So I guess we'll see which one of them it is.

No she was weaving the seal that hashirama used for sage mode, either that or rinnentesei.

Anyway, I guess we'll see in the future chapter what about that hand-seal and for what it is... It feels so intentional, you know? First he shows her with the back and then puts a speech bubble...
I'm almost positive that the seal will have a part to play in how they use their style of SM, maybe the slight difference in seal name between tsunade and sakura implies sakura has been able to perfect something she could not that involves it.
I kinda would want SM and the seal techs to be seperate though XD just to give her options. Maybe tsunade considered the toll her seal has on the body and does this for sakura. Maybe their sage mode allows you to have the body traits of the slug at will, so she could avoid damage either way.

oro reaches tsunade
then tsunade finds out about sakura getting hers, and we know she implied not having it in the past when she talks about jiraya
We are going to see what makes shikkotsu forest so special. Want it or not
It will be a sage mode as 2/3 have proven this.

Extremely doubt it. If Tsunade couldn't do it, no way could Sakura do it. Not to mention, you're taking the hand clapping thing way out of context. Like scans posted above, the hand clap position has also been used to gather chakra; like Sakura was doing to heal people. It's probably nothing more than that.

Possibly during Rikūdo's flashback, I suspect the Elder Toad and Snake knew or met Rikūdo before.
