Aside from that not being Sakura, that medic in the first panel said it took at least 3 hours to set up. Sakura may be good, but she isnt good enough to set up a ritual that needed at least 9 medical ninja and 3 hours in under a minute, nor could she adapt it into a totally different form.

It only require this many medics because they lacked the chakra, and in a filler Sakura did this on her own, but Sakura byakugou took more work than this, the fact that Shizune was about to do it means alot.

This is an extremely complicated ritual, taking several hours to set up, and requiring a huge amount of Chakra. You are claiming that Sakura could do this, in seconds, on a larger scale, often enough for it to be considered an ultimate defence, and using completely different materials.

Really, it would be simpler to just rely on her near immortality with Byakugou.
