there doesnt need to be any confirmation. basically this chapter is showing us that shes indeed sakuras kid as well as sasuke going by how naruto kept mentioning both of them, also saladas bento gesture reminded him of sakura and sasuke doing the same for him when they were kids.

What I'm trying to say is that even though it's probably obvious that Sarada is indeed Sakura's daughter, what Naruto said that she's like her has not been shown at all. If anything, she reminded a lot more Karin with a smirk that she did at some point as well as Sasuke's interest about the world seeing she questioned the importance of becoming a shinobi.

Kwes of ST3: When I read the first chapter of NG, I figured Sakura was the true mother but I think Sarada is still related to Karin. So one reoccuring pattern in the Naruto series has been people taking on traits of others because of absorbing chakra/cells/etc. The battle between Sasuke and Bee had Sasuke pretty much near death and who was able to bring him back? Karin & Jugo. It's possible that Jugo's transplant and taking in Karin's life force left some of their dna in him (sort of in the same way Ichigo was part hollow because of what happened to his mom). Sakura can still be Sarada's mom. Maybe some of Karin's dna and traits were passed on to Sarada and maybe in time we'll see some of Jugo's as well.

Nah. I still don't believe it. I think naruto is trying to also hide something about Sarada. So he is telling her what he wants her to know so that she don't ask anymore questions. Still think something is up tho . still don't explain why Sakura and Shizuna was acting EXTRA weird with the topic.

And Sakura can still be her "mom" (she has been raising the girl all these years) but we don't know if its genetically or what....

This, It's not confirmed yet that Sakura is her biological mom, but Sakura will always be her mom anyway, she raised the kid by herself, and somehow people accuse her of being a terrible mother...
