Sakura does'nt have bijuu level chakra reserves,and she makes very poor tactical choices in combat which isn't the same as being intelligent.

Neither A or Sakura has biju level chakra, according to feats. Biju can use multiple tbb, each one of the bombs can destroy a whole village. Neither Sakura nor A has shown the power even remotely close to a bijuu

Although we know from the manga that shes intelligent. Besides, what about that situation with 3rd Kazekage puppet? OP is wrong, Sakura didnt blitz Sasori, she tricked him, since he thought that she was harmless. Also, she was the first person in manga who concluded how Obitos phasing works.

And she tried to kill Sasuke without backup,charged at Madara and got stabbed for her trouble,and would've done the same with Kaguya until Kakashi stopped her.Like I said Sakura has made some very poor tactical choices that no intelligent person would make multiple times.
No, she was planning to trick him and then kill him. She never intended to challange him in open combat.

Did'nt I just point out the difference between book intelligence and tactical intelligence?Sakura may be book smart but she has made some very majorly poor decisions that have put her life in danger multiple times.
Hell even Naruto told her to wait before she charged at Madara and he's book dumb,not to mention she intentionally knocked out her teammates and went after Sasuke alone.That's not very smart.
What does her being 16 have anything to do with the poor decisions she had made?Shikamaru is Sakura's age and if put in her position regarding Sasuke and Madara would never have attacked them by himself.Age has nothing to do with it.

Only, without tactical intelligence she would never be able to destroy 3rd Kazekage puppet. When she charged at Madara she tried to make a room for Naruto and Sasuke to land a hit on him. Tactially-wise it wasnt a stupid move at all, Sasuke tried to make use of it. Yes, Naruto told her to wait, but the guy has feelings for her so its only natural.
Listen, she was planning to trick him and kill him. She didnt want to put her teammates in danger, so she did what she did. If Lee and KIba started to fight with Sasuke, what do you think would happen?
Quite a lot. Sometimes her emotions gets better of her, but thats completely natural. Tsunade alsmost betrayed Konoha becuase Orochimaru could revive Dan and Nawaki, Hiruzen couldnt bring himself to kill Orochimaru, even though he knew that he killed several Konohas shinobis and civilians for his experiments, and he could pose a great danger for Konoha in the future.
