Sakura can beat alot of people in the anime, including the other females we know of besides maybe Mei and Konan. I would say she could probably beat Tsunade at this point.
The guy above stated her feats already and they are quite awesome. No shes not a combat person normally, but i would imagine she could put up a very good fight. Sasori made many positive comments on her and so did Chiyo and others too throughout this manga!
