Shikamaru- Defeated some of the most powerful kunoichis in the manga, even Temari! just no. Shadow Strangle Jutsu low diff.

Hinata- Cuts off chakra points, making Part 2 Sakura Part 1 Sakura in essence. Part 2 Hinata over Part 1 Sakura.

Hinata- After taking as much abuse from pain as she did, Sakura will not one-shot her WITH the Byakugan, and the Gentle Step is enough to take out many powerful ninjas, and Sakura is NOT one of them.

Fast forward to the Chunin Exams. "When Team 7 is entered into the Chūnin Exams, Sakura is reluctant to participate because she feels she is too weak." Straight from Narutopedia. Even Sakura knows when she can't beat anyone.
When Naruto and Sasuke were owned by Orochimaru, Sakura was left to take care of them. A couple of fodder genin took this opportunity to attack, and what did she do? WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO SAVE HER!

She's the main heroine, so of course Rock Lee comes to her aid and seeing as Rock Lee can't win a fight due to plot no jutsu, he is defeated. The fodders turn their attention to Sakura. She uses the most powerful technique she ever has so far, cutting her hair. Even though this does devastating damage, the fodders manage to continue after her. Then she performs a jutsu no normal human could possibly pull off, Bite no Jutsu! Another devastating blow to the fodders, and she comes in for the finishing attack, Wait to be saved no jutsu!

This finishes them off from the time being, while doing so much as seeing Sasugay in his Curse Mark triggers Sakura's Water Style: Cry no Jutsu!
When Sakura fought Ino, her Mind Transfer nearly costed Sakura the match, but since Naruto saved her with Talk no Jutsu, she managed to pull off a tie.
When Sakura faces Gaara, she gets finished in 5 seconds flat with one technique. She looked better sitting there staring at Sasuke crying. Which she subsequently did when Sasuke said he was leaving the village. Her Water Style wasn't powerful enough.

Sasori vs. Sakura and Chiyo. Ironically, she looks best when she's being controlled like a puppet. Even with Chiyo's 11 puppets, Sasori still let them win. You can't do much crying when you're being forced to fight.
Before this gets too long, she has cried in nearly every major moment afterward and is Unable to beat anyone who is not a ninja, and even if they aren't very high difficulty.

You only listed things from part 1 of the series, Sakura became alot stronger since part 2. Also, Sakura wasn't being controlled by Chiyo when Chiyo summoned ten puppets (she didn't summon 11), Sakura was on her own and she was untouchable to Sasori. Sasori was in awe of Sakura almost the entire fight, never realizing that a young kunoichi could be so skilled. Even accounting for Chiyo's assistance at the opening stages of the match, Sasori's attitude indicates that Sasori never met a kunoichi Sakura's age that was as skilled as Sakura is in his entire life. By comparison, Sasori was able to defeat the 3rd kazekage so efficiently that there was no sign of a struggle, and noone even knew about it, because Sasori is an extremely deadly ninja. When he went up against Sakura, she levelled the area by deflecting his attacks, she destroyed his two best puppets (Hiruko and the 3rd kazekage), and she was untouchable to every attack he threw at her (aside from her intentionally being hit in order to fake being posioned, and intentionally being stabbed instead of Chiyo)... it's obvious that Sakura is an incredibly high level shinobi.

Not only is Sakura untouchable to Sasori and undefeatable to him, she's way smarter. Sasori admitted he has to consult ratio tables when he's mixing the antidote to his poison, and he invented it. Then Sakura comes along and whips up a vaccine using the scant herbs to be found in the sand village greenhouses. She's more of a genius than Shikamaru ever will be.

In the anime, Sakura defeated one of Pain's summonings (a centipede) with a single punch. She also dramatically thwarted the first white zetsu to transform and pose as an ally without needing anyone else to warn her- in fact, she was first to know something was up.

Sakura is amazing at this point in the series, she hasn't had alot of action though. If Sakura were ever to be in a serious fight, her opponent would need to be a top ninja to have any chance.

I'm not fond of Sakura, but I will admit that she's good as a medic nin and well, if she puts her mind to it, she can fight. Not saying she would win, but well, her punches are not weak.

No just no. Sakura was almost on part with Naruto during the beginning of Shippuden. Also she has a four in intelligence which is better than geniuses such as Sasuke and Neji. Her intelligence is on par with Temari, Gaara and Shino who are very strategic.

Her sleeping gas bombs were able to take out Lee, Sai and Kiba all at once so those things are very formidable. Overall she is the strongest female ninja in Konoha 11. She can also heal herself from non lethal wounds such as Tenten's kunai's and Ino's punches. Her sleeping bombs can potentially one shot jounin level ninja also.

Another combo of Sakura's that you shouldn't take lightly is a punch to the ground to destabilize one's footing. Then once the enemy is destabilized she punches them in the gut.

You forgot that sakura is a medical ninja and was trained by tsunade and can summon katsuyu so Hinata would lose but not without doing some damage
