What it is is, she didn't want anything to do with Naruto but the moment Sasuke was gone...........she starts to interact with Naruto. It's not so much the feelings for Sasuke but the way she just suddenly changed the moment he left. I just didn't like the way she did that.

To be honest, if Naruto was an acquaintance of mine, I wouldn't want much to do with him either. If I were Sakura, of course I would be grateful to Naruto for saving my life and vice versa as Sakura has put her life on the line for both of them as well (the whole Sound genin ordeal), but I really wouldn't want to talk to someone who is brash, impulsive, loud, etc. The same way if I was Sasuke, I wouldn't want to acknowledge someone who is clingy, obsessive, perky, and annoying (Sakura). That's why Sakura probably didn't interact with Naruto and why Sasuke didn't interact much with Sakura. They both had their own personal vices.

After Sasuke left the village, Sakura when asking Naruto to save him, still only interacted with him, in order to get Sasuke back. The timeskip, as we've seen matured them both and once Sakura realized how different Naruto was, she started to interact with him more, since he didn't have that "annoying" childhood crush on him, like she did for Dr. Snakes (Sasuke).

In my opinion, it wasn't Sasuke's leaving that triggered the interaction between Naruto and Sakura, but their maturing that did that. Sasuke's departure from the village did play a part though.

While I'm willing to admit that she can be pretty useful in battles and she's good as a medic nin, her personality isn't all that great in my opinion :/ The way she handles Naruto and Sasuke is something that grates on my nerves.
You can say that Sakura and Naruto are the same in the way that they both want to get Sasuke back, but I'm questioning Sakura's motives for that one. Naruto wants to get Sasuke back because he considers him his best friend/rival, one of the first persons he had a real bond with and he can understand his pain.
But why does Sakura want him back? Because she loves him? Maybe. But does she really love him, or does she just love his looks? It was pretty clear in part 1 that her crush on him was based on the way he looks, but she never really understood him and she doesn't understand him now either.
So while Naruto has a good reason to want to get Sasuke back, I'm not inclined to say the same of Sakura.
Plus the way she interacts with Naruto is something that annoys me too. During part 1 she couldn't stand him and wasn't really willing to admit that he wasn't a total idiot and could be useful in fights too. But then suddenly Sasuke decides to leave and she starts crying, pleading Naruto to get Sasuke back (strange how he was suddenly good enough then). And I don't like the way she plays with Naruto's heart either. She knows he has a crush on her (does he still?) and says she loves him too (or something along those lines during her confession in the snow) yet it's obvious that she's still in love with Sasuke. Maybe her feelings were deep for Sasuke, that could be, but then it isn't fair to say to Naruto she loves him while even Naruto can see that she doesn't really mean it (at least not in the way he wants)
So while she's good in battles and as a medic nin, her personality isn't that great in my opinion *shrugs* But that's just what I think. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion

I don't hate her, I just found her annoying after she was begging Sasuke to stay in Konoha in part 1. Since then, she's just annoyed me with all the Sasuke BS and the fact that she was treating Naruto like sh!t. But I obviously don't let this interfere with me making unbiased judgements when it comes to her fighting other people.

OT: i don't hate sakura but i strongly dislike her: she is annoying AF, she cries alot probably more than any other character in this series, she was useless in part 1 but in shippuden she has grown more useful, as a main character her character development is not where it should be imo especially compared to the other main character's development, and i don't find her to be a great herione which she is supposed to be(blame kishi) i would classify her as a "meh" herione.

I would be interested to know what all you sakura haters think of padme (from star wars). It's a similar sort of relationship as between sakura and sasuke, with the important distinction that anakin and padme have a much longer relationship before lover boy goes all emo evil.

simply put ppl dont like her because they think shes annoying with the sasuke thing (she was in part 1 but both sakura and naruto are annoying about sasuke now...not to mention sasuke himself is annoying)

or they hate her because Naruto (as far as we know) has a thing for her and everyone and their freakin brother wants NaruHina together for the same blah blah (bullshit) reasons.

Kishi had the choice on who the heroine would be and he chose Sakura. Its not exactly her fault that her and all other females in the manga are overshadowed and that he made her somewhat annoying. if you really thought about it, with the exception of Sasuke and Naruto..most of the girls are probably powerful enough to take on ppl like Choji, Shikamaru, Shino, etc but we just dont see the girls strength...just the whole damsel in distress shit which gets old.

Sakura is my fav character and i think her and all the girls kick ass even ino and tenten (based off the game movesets haha) i hope her love for Sasuke is more wanting him back in the leaf and safe so naruto will stop worrying moreso than hoping they will end up together. Sasuke is obviously gay to me so i dont think she should worry about that...and Hinata is ok but i hope its SakuNaru!

She's my 2nd favorite character (Kakuzu being 1st) so I don't hate her. I do wish she'd drop her Sasuke obsession though. Hell, Karin loves Sasuke and turned on him pretty much instantly. Why can't Sakura? >.<

Seriously though, her "Falcon Punch" jutsu is so epic, I don't understand how anyone could hate her.
I guess it's cuz she trained her fist entirely by punching Naruto. XD

If you complain about her being 'useless' when she isn't, it's still probably cuz she doesn't get enough spotlight in fights. This is the same for all female characters~ because Kishi is sexist.
