Sakura can actually beat Hidan and here is why.

Hidan only confirmed jutsu is his Voodoo jutsu that he uses with his Immortality.

After he acquires someone blood he begins to sit in this circle and harm himself to kill the user.

But the only way it works is if he is inside this circle.

With this being Said...

Sakura could easily go toe to toe with him in a taijutsu fight and EVEN IF HE scratches her. He wont be able to perform this jutsu due to the fact that HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FORM THAT SYMBOL.

Reason?

If there is no solid ground for hidan to make his symbol. How will he ever beat Sakura?

If she has Tsunade healing, very easily, without it there is a high chance for her victory, but she must be careful, but then again he wont have a ground, or chance to do the ritual. she can just hulk smash the ground.

That's cause Kakashi can't destroy plains and terrain with 1 punch or kick.
