Apparently they are still healing the rest of the SA who are trying to cut down the tree. What's so stupid about this and them "healing" others is that the tree is supposedly still sucking up chakra, yet somehow Tsuande and Sakura, along with the slug they summoned to help aren't being affected by this

In other words Kishi is using plot to make them seem useful by making them healers, which is really stupid if you ask me. I'd rather see them fighting and helping to cut the tree with their raw power. They'd be more useful that way since the tree logically should be sucking up the chakra they're using to heal others anyway
