Every character who got impaled or injured weren’t deliberately doing it with knowledge that they’d land the hit unless it was all they could do.

These two literally rush their opponent with the intent on punching them regardless of injuries. Only someone who can heal would do some shit like that. Their attack goals are punch. Which is why for the longest, Sakura punching the ground was a meme in VS threads.

The point is that Sakura was a very inexperienced fighter going against someone way out of her league, and despite that she still managed to keep up. Ofc she won’t defeat sasori alone, but after a while Chiyo took her hands off the reigns and despite being a bit sloppy (inexperienced fighter against an S class nin) Sakura still managed to fight Sasori and land some good blows

Of course she was inexperienced, chiyo was using her as a puppet. That gave her more than enough time to get the flow of battle and she still had to blow herself up and get stabbed.

And Sasori still has to hold back in the end. 1v1, she would have gotten eviscerated with her poorly limited moveset.

Are they objectively powerful? Not really. Punching really hard whilst knowing a single tech (learnt in over three years) is hardly a commendable feat. Tsunade, at least, has Raiton-Release (which she used on Kabuto) and she invented Byakogou, as well. Sakura? What has she done in over a decade? Nothing meaningful.

Probably the most powerful females ever to grace the Narutoverse. The fact they inherited the will of fire above their standardly unmatched durability makes them really hard of a force to deal with, if you aren't in the Sasuke and Naruto ball park.

P.S: Literally, most arguments against her are rooted in how she doesn't measure up to beings that even the likes of Gaara Neji, Lee who are monsters in their own right could not keep up with. Neji was literally labelled a monster and in no more than probably 20 canon episodes after he's waned to a fodder level threat to Sasuke. The gap between Sasuke and Neji is so huge by Shippuden that it's very justifiable Sakura doesn't fare so well against their ballooning development. The fact is: she's strong. The technicalities don't matter when you are just strong. Saying the healing is a concealment for weakness is about the same as saying Naruto's healing was a concealment for his weakness, for without the healing, more times than not he would have been brutalised, by Kakuzu after his Rasenshuriken training case in point. And this is just one out of many attributes equally influential to Naruto concealing his humane weaknesses that Sakura managed to put a lid on through sheer hard work. They aren't deity level though, and that is fine from where they're coming from, and Sakura got enough accolades to prove that Minato-types can excellent even against ugly odds. Fun fact: Minato and Sakura have both taken down an MS user that was threatening the Leaf, and both have Sannin teachers.
