Sakura can use a punch much faster than Jiraiya can use Needle Jizo as it requires hand seals but CES does not. Jiraiya would only stop if he started in sage mode or made it to sage mode. Neither is happening in this scenario. Not to mention Ino can use her mind transfer on Gamabunta but he isn't getting summoned here.

What speed feats does base Jiraiya have to speedblitz the both of them? Not to mention he isn't even a CQC fighter in base unlike Sakura. Ino reacted to Asuma's attacks and Sakura managed to prove to be of some use to prevent Kaguya from escaping Naruto and Sasuke which would require a lot of timing and reaction from her part.

I'm gonna pretend you were drunk when you wrote this.
Sakura blitz them all because her chakra control is on point and she really doesn't need the prep to perform a jutsu.
JIrayah could never beat sakura or tsunade without safe mode, don't used the sannin battle as a reference that all were handicaped .
As for hype Jirayah knew he was nothing compare to Tsuande in hand to hand combat, which is probably how he almost died the first time.
Sakura is no exception.
