Hinata's byakugan can see temari's chakra building up...and since the intel is full from the manga, they are aware temari is a wind style user and also aware of her techniques....also before temari can swing her fan, Hinata can attack her with air palms forcing her to dodge as hinata can see her chakra building and has an advantage of attacking first..sakura summons katsuya having enough time
