Oh, and sakura is never touching Neji with him having Rotation. sakura gets within three meteres? Rotaation. She'll never get near him. Even Kidomaru stated that hand to hand
combat is useless against a Jyuuken user.

Option two: it's like an explosion, from the angle we can see it, it looks like it's going off in all directions. Depending on how close he was to the aree of contact he might be able to avoid taking anything critical for a bit, but she's throwing those almost casually. He can around if he wants but he's never getting in and getting that fatal shot he needs

Option three: the original post doesn't have it in a dessert, but that may change things a bit

Against choji she doesn't need to throw that punch to the ground, anything choji reaches out to grab/hit her with gets broken. And he becomes acid target.

Neji could do what he did to Kidomaru's summoning spider and use Jyuuken to cause Katsuyu to explode.

Shino doesn't really have speed from what we've seen, that's true. but hey, he was able to calmly sidestep a Juubi's attack. If that counts for anything
