The splitting ability of the brothers should be a perfect counter to poison, but it has to be consciously activated so it is possible to blitz them.
In terms of scaling, Sasori dealt with a Kazekage superior to Gaara using practically the same powers, so with that version of Gaara being able to move sand at explosion speeds (which would be roughly V5 speed level, with Deidara himself physically moving at V3 levels) Sasori is able to either move his body or his puppets at speeds three levels above V2 Raikage. On the other hand, the brothers capped their own power at the level of Kakashi, who as a speedster of V1 levels has that being his best scaling quality, which implies the brothers do not operate beyond V1 speeds. Even looking at their ability, it is extremely close range and so cannot be applied outside of the limitations of their normal speed.
So Sasori can very easily blitz

The third does not scale above gaara, Only the first two given what the manga itself says
That specific panel says he scales above the first two, but what says he specifically does not scale above Gaara?
Your claim needs evidence.
In terms of my claim, we are also told that Iron Sand is the greatest weapon in the history of the Sand village, which directly puts the 3rd above Gaara. We are also not given any praise for Gaara or Rasa to suggest they surpassed the 3rd, which implies they did not since it is specifically noted when one surpasses others . . .

In the manga Sasori would have killed Sakura like 5 times with little effort had Chiyo not intervened. One of those times was the HIruko puppet. Sasori outclasses Chiyo and Sakura and let himself get killed. Unless you're talking about War Arc Sakura.

Here Sakura its revealed Sakura needed Chiyo to physically control her to dodge the Hiruko's puppets attacks and counter attack. Sakura would have died here had Chiyo not existed.

Here the Kazekage puppet speed blitzes Sakura and even Chiyo can move her out the way fast enough so she had to move Sakura and pull some puppet debris to block the attack. Sakura would die here without Chiyo.

Right after that happen, Sakura got blitzed by his multiple arm/hand technique. Chiyo once again had to physically move Sakura so she could avoid it.

Then Sakura failed to dodge the poison right after and instead had to blow her self up to escape it.

And then to end the chapter, Sasori launches a barrage of ninja tools at her that Chiyo once again has to block.

In the next chapter Sakura is too slow to dodge Iron Sand Drizzle and needs Chiyo to user her puppets to move her and block for her. This ruined one of Chiyo's puppets.

Next Sasori aims for both of them. Chiyo blocks for her self and uses the remaining puppet to block for Sakura. This causes Chiyo to lose her puppet hand and her remaining puppet.

Sakura then comes to terms with being useless outside of being Chiyo's puppet. And as Chiyo's puppet, she has to physically move Sakura in order for her to dodge his attacks.

Sakura then fails to successfully dodge his strongest iron sand attack and gets scratched and poisoned. Luckily she had an antidote prepped and was finally able to catch sasori off guard and attack his puppet when he thought she was paralyzed.

Immediately after she gets blitzed by his cable and scratched. No worries. Her prepped antidote prevents her from being poisoned.

Sakura punches Sasori when he ignores her and focuses on Chiyo. Sakura's punch is complete ineffective.

Chiyo then destroys his 1000 puppets because obviously Sakura cannot take on that many puppets. She literally destroys a single puppet.

Sakura throws Chiyo's sealing ball thing while Sasori is focusing on Chiyo. It fails. Sasori pops up behind Chiyo about to kill her. And after being saved countless times, Sakura blocks the attack with her body and is stabbed instead. However the antidote wore off and Sakura is poisoned and Chiyo has the antidote.

Finally Chiyo lands a fatal hit on Sasori using knowledge only she knows however Sakura has been hit in a vital organ that cant be healed by their medical ninjutsu and so now Chiyo must literally keep Sakura from dying by giving Sakura her life energy. Sakura gets up and a dying Sasori tanks her punch.

Sakura tells Chiyo she did it. Chiyo admits she was outclassed and that Sasori let himself be killed. The end.

So now that I basically posted their entire fight, you will see that Sakura was SEVERELY outclassed. Without Chiyo, Sasori kills her with little effort. By my count, Sakura should have died 12 times during that fight had she not had chiyo or prepped. Most of the time it was due to her being speed blitzed by Sasori or his jutsu. Only 1 time did Sakura save her self and that was when she blew herself up. Based on feats she is not on Sasori's level at that point in time. Sakura was a solid Chuunin level shinobi who could barely pass the bell test against Kakashi with Naruto's assistance. And they didnt even pass that because of their skills. They passed because Kakashi is a perv. Sasori is a solid S class ninja who hunts bijuu and kages. Without Chiyo, Sakura is fodder to him.
The anime and video games had Sakura looking like a badass but in Kishimoto's manga written by him, she was basically fodder.

Correct she was blitzed. If she was fast enough properly defend herself she would have dodged instead of putting her hands, which are flesh and bone, to block poison laced blades capable of cutting through her.
Your anime feats are not canon and did not happen in the manga. Sakura has literally shown that she isnt capable of dodging Sasori. She is not relative to Sasori. She gets blitzed. Sasori was a kage tier ninja was Sakura was chuunin tier. Sakura did not show feats capable of fighting Sasori until the war arc.

Sasori allowed himself to die. He chose not to avoid her attack. This also has nothing to do with Sakura who was literally only alive because Chiyo gave her some of her own lifeforce.

I basically posted several chapters of the fight. Nothing was nitpicked. The anime isnt canon. And the manga supports the fact that Sasori would demolish sakura by literally showing him doing it 10+ times. You have to bring up anime clips just to defend him. If the clip didnt occur in the manga then it is filler. And i literally already discussed her punching Hiruko. She did that while controlled by Chiyo.
Sasori outclasses Sakura. And he outclasses Sakon/Ukon who got beat by a Genin Kankuro. Heck you could have Sakon/Ukon and Sakura both fight Sasori. They'd all get speed blitzed.
