Ok. but Sai can use it any time. RDS is a one time thing. The caster of RDS can only seal once and then he's dead. Not as much negative effects for Sai

You can dodge sai's jutsu or even over power or escape from it. If the hammer dude didn't get sealed right away, a non-fodder could deff do it. RDS cannot be stopped. RDS>Tiger whatever jutsu

We don't know if Sai's sealing jutsu seals away for good. Never seen in the manga. But my guess is that it probably does. Who can get out of that painting?

if thats the case then u could say any seal over RDS as they dont all kill u but u have to think of the power of RDS aswell..... its a seal which cannot be broken

Explain Orochimaru then. He almost managed to get away even when the third had a good grip on him and enma was backing him up. The third only managed to seal his hands away and Orochimaru got them back. I don't think we'll ever see helmet splitter come back.
You probably neva gave this a 2nd thought before posting..Sai's sealing tech for the fact that it doesnt take away d life of its user does not make it better nd stronger..It only makes it preferable..If it was way better like u said,where was anbu root when kyuubi attacked konoha,,dont forget danzou also wanted kyuubi but if their so called sealing tech was potent enough,do u think he wouldnt have barged out to seal it off?..Rds is way better and stronger..

The seal was already used to seal away two kage. Hiruzen is strong but he's not superman. He was old. Besides, one does not simply kill orochimaru

No one in Anbu had the skills to seal away the kyuubi. I didn't say it was stronger I said it was better. Better doesn't always mean stronger.

Damn Right. I agree with you on that one. Even now Sasuke brought him back. Orochimaru will never be gone. Even totsuka couldn't keep the snake away.
Well for one it can be dodged, and it's pretty obvious that it does not seal a persons soul either. I don't know where you got that idea. Not to mention there's always the chance that someone could steal Sais drawings, and extract it's contents. Like I said before, if you want to get rid of something permanently RDS is the way to go. Nothing else beats it, and that's why the user must pay the ultimate price.

They are both good and sai's is more practical but RDS is finite so the overall strength of RDS seal is higher.
